Learning Software Development

I have learned Joomla in school and now personally a few years. Nyt on aika mennä eteenpäin
Can anybody recommend a school where to educate a software development. Helsinki or Vantaa.
It would be best distance learning (etäopetus). Learning can be in English or Finnish language.
Education now: secondary (high school). I also learned web design and programming, but I do not have paper.
